I did a quick search but didn't find anything on this particular question. The other day I noticed one of my downloaded tv episodes was showing subtitles. After looking up the hotkeys I hit T and they toggled off/on. I did the same for a few other episodes and it worked fine. Now I'm noticing that there are no subtitles that show for certain other episodes. About 1 in 4 will show them. I have not downloaded subtitles for anything and assumed it was a new feature of Eden. This has all been on the same series. Is this feature still glitchy or wherever it pulls the subs from just incomplete? I wasn't able to find any subtitle settings anywhere and have not installed any add-ons for them.

Some downloaded episode (*.mkv) files contain switchable subtitles. XBMC does not automatically download subtitles.

I'm using Eden and using XBMC I downloaded the subtitle but it's not displaying it. I toggled the subtitle on and off and tried few different subtitles and TV shows also.

I tried it on Aeon and Confluence skin.

Can someone please help?

Make sure that the subtitle and video name are the same.
