Hello guys! I was wondering if I could stream movies, music from this NETGEAR STORA MS2000 and Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB SATA to XBMC inside my APPLE TV2? Will it have any lagg?

nice, does the xbmc support UPNP AV, Windows Media Connect, or DLNA?

It can support UPNP, but the library mode doesnt work with that, due to the protocol recreating the locations dynamically.
Best to go with SMB (Samba) if the Netgear supports it, which im sure it does
