How to install this in Frodo/Aeon MX?
I'm not an expert in order to work/manipulate XML-Fiels or scripts.
I loaded the script and activated the zip within the addons.
I don't find any of this within the addons....also I don't see a function if I open an actor.

Hi, there is nothing to manipulate. Looks like your in the same boat like i was.
I was also searching for two hours.
Highlight an actor and go in the bar above and go left and right.
Here the new button was outside the screen and i never did go over
the last buttons - so i didn't saw them.

Evening All

First off great script really useful, I have a question that I hope someone can help me with

When I go into the movie information I can see the actor thumbs at the bottom of the screen but some of them are blurry (this was like this before I installed this script) If I click on reload and select yes and select the movie all the thumbs are refreshed which is perfect

Is there a way to automate this or do I have to go into each film and reload it? I hope not as I have a large movie collection

It's possible to make this addon compatibile with Gotham?

I know there is no support anymore and I know I cannot use it in Gotham Nightly (March 28) because of "Dependancies not met". This is sad. It would be very nice is someone could ask the permission to continue the development of the addon. This was a nice addition.

You cannot ask the permission as Frost has disappear from more than 1 year and a half

So I think that anybody is free to port this addon to Gotham.

BTW, I think that this addon can't be installed from ZIP but you can unzip it manually in your addon directory and use it in Gotham (don't know if it will be fully usable).

Using Gotham nightly (March 28) and Aeon Nox 4.1.9.6: In fact, after trying it it works for me too! Manually installed like mike said. It works for the actors, directors, etc.



The only problem I have is that the biography is in English even if the other information is in French. My settings in the script is in French as for the one in MovieDB scraper if it's from where it takes this bio info.



It would be nice to know if somebody got it working with the bio in their own language.

But it works partially : See next post.

Using Gotham nightly (March 28) and Aeon Nox 4.1.9.6: OK It works in the movie library info panel but not from the movies submenus actors at the home menu. When you select movies actors the lists are empty (no info). It`s probably what mike was saying in his previous post.

I got these screens from Home Menu - Movies - Actors (submenu). As you can see, I get no info when in Sort panel or Small list views.

So, I guess some work would have to be done here by some skilled skinners in order to make this work again.

Edit: Fixed. I just did not know I had to press "c" to bring the context menu on.

with Gotham RC1, I obtain info but i can not move into tabs, filmography, photos, info...

i am using cirrus extended from git

@warlion Could you put again your actors.db in dropbox or similar?

Anyone knows how i can "reuse" this DB instead of mine? My actuals actors.db is 150kb but i can not obtain any info.
