is there a way to use python for entering data into the videoinformation database?
if so i could use it to enter episode data from tvtome into the database because the imdb lookup is not that good if you have a lot of tv-series on the xbox.

i asked about this once to see if there were a way to have it so one could manually edit entries etc. but nothing ever came of it.

at the momment the only way i know of is using sqlite. a search will give you further information.

i thought it could be done with the "executebuiltin(...)" function, but i have no idea what function i have to execute and how the inputdata has to be like..

it seems there is no way to do this.
so please add some functionality for entering data into sqlite into the pythonimplementation.
there are some python interfaces around but i cant get them to work...
