Win Broadcom Crystal HD is not recognized

Sad
Hi,

I have the following config:

- HP 2510p notebook (Intel x3100 aka GMA965)
- Broadcom Crystal HD (BCM70012)
- Windows XP Home
- XBMC Eden RC2 (also tried a previously installed nightly build from 27.11.2011)

The latest Broadcom drivers are installed, the Adobe Flash uses the card to accelerate eg. the YouTube videos (confirmed by the Broadcom systray app), but the Broadcom card is not recognized by the XBMC; in the settings/video, the Crystal HD video acceleration mode does not appear. I set the log level to 3 in the advanced settings, but I can't find any "crystal" or "broadcom" string in the detailed logs. As a searched on the forum, this whole thing just should work out of the box. What can be the problem? Any idea how to force the detection? What kind of registration entry or other things are checked by the XBMC in the detection process?

Nevermind, after checking the XBMC sources, I found out that somehow the needed registry keys are missing. I could download and add the keys from here: http://sgy-net.com/70015/file/bcm70015forWin7.reg
