I made another thread in the Rapier section, but apparently it's not skin specific.

As you can tell, the poster for Prison Break is incorrect, as it's in russian. If I go to TV Show Information and change the thumb for it I can select many more posters such as this. But, the first screen still stays with the old russian poster.
Is this a cache issue? How do I fix it?
