that is a cool way to find similar movies, by creating a "fingerprint" and searching the movie database for similar matches in colour and movement.

doubt if it will ever be made for xbmc! but nice concept.

Hi there! I have an earlier MA thesis on same subject and I have used similar methods. Even though I haven't been able to find time to develop it further, my initial plan was to make a plugin for XBMC. Project website resides here now: http://www.filmogram.com
