If i have dxva2 enabled on latest build (11) dxva2 works on all context but mpeg like .ts
when i try to watch mpeg i get macro blockings every now and then

could i disable dxva2 for this context only ?

You can try these-

1. Update the latest AMD driver for your HD6670 from here- Graphics Drivers & Software
2. Set power option in W7 control panel to "high performance"
3. Enable DXVA2 using DXVA as render method and disable everything else in XBMC settings/videos/playback
4. You can start off by disable everything in CCC Video Quality other than "Enforce Smooth Video Playback" as shown in my screen shot below-
