What could possibly be the reason that some shows, which scraped fine with Dharma, are not getting scraped with Eden. Using TVDB, filenames have not changed, exact same files are not getting recognised.

A debug log (wiki) of your scraping in Eden will tell you why it's not getting picked up. To hard to guess without this info.
