Thanks. I took a quick look and that seems to replace all the Aeon fonts with arial, right? Meanwhile I found this thread:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=55408
which discusses adding unicode glyphs (characters) from the arial unicode font that is from MS office and seems to be also floating around the web. That method uses a tool called FontForge. I installed the windows version of that but so far find it to be a bit buggy (crashing) so I haven't succeeded in adding the CJK glyphs to the Aeon MQ4 fonts. I have started some experiments using some other windows 7 provided fonts (malgun for Korean and meiryo for Japanese).
It would be helpful if someone could get that linked tutorial to work on the MQ4 fonts though and make those available.
