How can i Edit, Reduce or even Delete Submenus?

For example by choosing Video in Main Menu i get to the Submenu, where i can choose between: Movies, Newly Added Movies, Files, Playlists and Video Plugins.

How can i edit this submenu and delete some menu items?Or even delete/disable the whole submenu, so that i`m directed directly to the Files Section by choosing Videos in main menu?

You can go direct to Files by clicking Video if you go to System settings, Skin, Home window and enable the setting "Videos button always goes to video Files".

To modify/remove the submenus you need to edit the skin file. This isn't as hard as you might think. On http://swarchive.ratsauce.co.uk/xbmc/ are two skin files that I've edited for someone hereabouts to remove the submenus. If you compare them with the originals in "C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\addons\skin.confluence\720p" you'll see what I've removed.

i have try doing this but i can still see sub menus for every menu items.Can you tell me any other way to remove it.
