this looks like the same bug i'd encountered previously. i posted about it in the AE thread but got no response. a bug report on trac might be a better option but no guaranty it'll get any love there either.

What a shame.. Breaks my heart that I cannot playback these amazing lossless audio tracks..
Will try and create a ticket for this, never done it before but will definitely give it a go.
I really hope this gets some attention.
