I am having a problem scraping House. Here is my directory structure

d:\tv shows\House\Season X\House MD Season X Episode XX - Episode Name.avi

I have tried the various tvshowmatching regexp and I can't get it to work. I would love some assistance that doesn't require me renaming all 8 seasons.

Try changing to match theTVdb exactly and using a more standard naming scheme. There are tools out there that can help you rename all of the files very quickly.

d:\tv shows\House\Season xx\House - sxxexx - Episode Name.avi

Or you can try adding the following into the advancedsettings.xml tvshowmatching section:

the show is just "House" not "House MD".
