Does anyone know a good program to rename and download metadata and art work automatically for new movies so they can be quickly scanned into xbmc I know xbmc can grab this information with the scrapers but I am looking for a way to put it into the source folder in case I have to redo my library of movies

I have tried ember but found it either doesn't scan the correct content or doesn't download the correct metadata and artwork needed to be detected properly and xbmc just redownloads it again anyway

Probably because you have not named you files correct. If xbmc isn't using the nfo file it also a wrong setting at your side
