Sorry I'll admit I did a Google search, read the posts and only took note of the last post which was 2016-06-08. Most people complain when you start up a new thread that has already been discussed/requested - so naturally I prefer to keep my comments to the pertinent discussion (can't please everyone I guess).

Having said that all the previous posters made good points so I found no gain in disregarding their contributions to a valid discussion.
