I have noticed some pulseaudio related errors in my log file, after playing a DVD disc this morning,

Most important lines:
07:58:49 T:140464433112832 WARNING: could not find codec parameters for /dev/cdrom   # THIS LINE IS SUSPICIOUS, ALSO
07:58:51 T:140464078448384  NOTICE: Creating audio device with codec id: 65537, channels: 2, sample rate: 48000, no pass-through
07:58:51 T:140464078448384   ERROR: PulseAudio: Failed to connect context
07:58:51 T:140464078448384   ERROR: PulseAudio: Failed to create context
07:58:51 T:140464078448384   ERROR: Unable to open audio mixer
07:58:51 T:140464441505536  NOTICE:  fps: 25.000000, pwidth: 720, pheight: 576, dwidth: 720, dheight: 540
07:58:51 T:140464441505536  NOTICE: Display resolution ADJUST : HDMI-0: 1920x1080 @ 25.00Hz (17) (weight: 0.000)

I have to say that nevertheless audio works.
I have configured my Audio Output to Custom: plughw:1,7. Same for the passthrough. That way sound goes through the HDMI.

Is it possible that these errors are caused from unsuccessful downmixing?

PS: Just to mention that, some DVD discs are played with vibrating and lagging in video signal. No problem with the same DVD content (VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS folders) but played from my local hard drive.
