I have configured it with the "separate folders" option already. I'm not sure about the DVD structures part. I believe they're all in VIDEO_TS folders but that's a possibility. I'm trying to slowing add (a few movies at a time) into a folder for MediaElch to see when it dies. I'll try out the debug mode and see if that'll speed up the testing processes for me
