Can't install on Ubuntu 15.04

How do you want to install? Using KVibes PPA? Default sources from ubuntu? Do you want to use a deb package? Or do you want to build from source?

And what errors do you get?

Let see if we can extract that extra info out of you

Ok i installed the PPA
add-apt-repository ppa:kvibes/mediaelch
then
apt-get update
i get
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/kvibes/mediaelc...4/Packages 404 Not Found

There is nothing for vivid
