This is the naming scheme I use in Mediaelch for renaming

Code:

<showTitle> - S<season>E<episode> - <title> - HD TV.<extension>

Swapping out HD TV for whatever quality the video may be, such as the following:

Code:

SD TV
HD TV
SD DVD
720p WEB-DL
1080p WEB-DL
720p Bluray
1080p Bluray

Resulting in a name such as this:

Code:

Gotham - S01E04 - Arkham - 720p WEB-DL.mkv
