Does this utility still work with Matrix but also current version of Win10?

Checking github shows that this app hasn't been updated in 6 years.

I'm still using it with latest Kodi and Win10 build.

I'm using it too, I don't know if it still doing anything useful, but originally it was to keep focus when I was using external players.
