Hello my friends
I've got a weird setup and I'm not quite sure how I will get it to work
HW:
1x 80GB SSD
2x Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB
AMD A6-3500 APU 72.15
Asrock A75M-ITX
This setup has to function as a NAS and XBMC Media Center and will be connected over HDMI to my TV. I've got a lot of knowledge in Windows but would like to try out Linux were I have very little experience.
I have absolutely no experience in setting up Linux SW RAID1 but am confident that it will work
System Services that start should start on boot
SSH
Fileshare
Autologin User1 at startup
Only needs XBMC and Firefox, the screen should show up on the TV
Autologin User2 at startup
Needs a full KDE or GNOME Desktop. Will only be used over VNC from a different PC
I'm not quite sure how I will get the Multiuser Autlogin to work. Any hints? There's no preferences to the distro I'll just use what is best
