Hi All,
I was wondering why paths aren't set as ~/.xbmc instead of written out like /home/jbob/.xbmc. Linux convention is to have the ~ so that it's a relative path, I recently decided to change my user name (for a few reasons) and saw that my library disappeared despite the paths being identical just changing jbob (fake obviously ) to jbobsmith.
