System: Lubuntu 12.04 for x64 + XBMC 12.0-ALPHA5 (ppa:wsnipex/xbmc-xvba
repository) + Radeon HD 6570 + 12.8 Catalyst drivers.
XBMC is set to start on boot, however after booting the frame rate of the menu seems to be limited to 5fps. I can close XBMC and reopen it and the frame rate runs 60fps+ and I've tested and used it extensively with no problems whatsoever.
I can then recreate the problem by switching to the desktop and then back to XBMC (& back to the 5fps problem).
XBMC is running in fullscreen mode. The problem doesn't happen in windowed mode however I would like so solve it and run it in fullscreen mode. There is nothing in the log to indicate a problem.
