If you already use twitter, you can follow @xbmcaddonbrwsr. It's a bot that tweets whenever an addon is added to the Dharma or Eden repositories.

If you prefer RSS, you should be able to use twitter's API and access http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_t...addonbrwsr.
