Unallowed charaters "/" from channel icon naming
#1
Some channel names may contain characters like "/" or "*" which are not allowed for file names and thus XBMC won't find according channel icons.
https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/1891
On the above link it shows there has been applied a fix.

Only problem is it does not work here.
For example i have a channel called: TLC / Animal Planet i named the channel icon: tlc _ animal planet.png
changing all the spaces with underscores does not work if i do this all the channel icons are not found anymore.

I got some of these channels too and they seem to work for me. "BBC Three_CBBC.png" gets picked up by xbmc as BBC Three/CBBC. Only difference to yours I can see: I've got no spaces in between the slash, so maybe the problem is somewhere there? Just wanted to report in that in theory it should work, I'll let the experts take over now.
