I have a 55" LG Smart TV in my living room.
I have my main PC in my bedroom, with SABnzbd, Sickbeard, XBMC.
I want my 55" TV to access the programs that are on my PC, without moving my PC.
Eventually I would like my other TV's to play what is available on my PC too.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do this? I am planning on buying an external HD for downloads, and am also wondering if these NAS devices would do me good.. I'm stuck, please help and thanks in advance

it sounds like you need some streaming software on the PC, to allow your TV to connect to it.

Windows 7 does this natively but I found Twonky to be an excellent choice for serving videos to my TV (via DLNA). Check it out - I don't think xbmc will help
