no luck..
erased Thumbnails folder,
erased Sources.xml
erased databases.
rescanned moviefolder scraping TVDB.
no love from Player.Art(poster).
everything else works like a charm. (and I love it BTW)

I'm afraid only jmarshall might be able to help then. I'm using Beta 3 on Windows and OS X and it works with and without local files.

I trashed all XBMC and reinstalled from ground... still no luck.
can anybody send me a piece of code that is working on their mac, so I can test??

it is now magically working. I had to erase every single trace of Xbmc from mac and start over, but now it seems to be showing everything correctly.
