please check your artwork settings and the renamer settings.
if your main movie/episode file has the video resolution/audio codec at the end and the artwork should be stored with <movie_filename>.ext then everything works as expected..
looks like you work with tmm with its default settings.. please make yourself familiar with the tools to use rather than post every simple question immediately
