I am running OpenElec. (I posted there with no help). On several occasions, when I delete a show (hosted on SMB share), the file doesn't get removed. Even a library cleanup doesn't work. The file gets deleted, but it still is displayed in the Library mode.
Once I reboot, the library gets updated and everything is correct.

Are you deleting a whole TV show entry or just single episodes? Can you get a
debug log (wiki) of when you delete and then try to clean the library?

This is a EDEN issue, current builds behave better in a more "expected" way
