As it stands, my FLAC library is read properly in regards to album/artist information, but I have nothing picking up track information, so all of my tracks are titled as follows:
Track 1
Track 2
etc..
What add-on fixes this?

You could try a different music scraper, also depending on your xbmc version, recent xbmc uses libtag, it is possible newer xbmc does this, only a developer can answer this, or someone who knows more than me.
While I use bleeding edge xbmc I haven't tested the track info on flac

The scraper has nothing to do with this. All information from the FLACs are read using XBMC's tag readers. As uNiversal suggests, there has recently been changes, so it very much depends on version.
It should work fine in Eden (if it doesn't, too bad, we ain't changing it now) and in latest Frodo alpha/nightlies.

Yeah, it doesn't work fine in Eden, so it looks like I'll try my luck with Frodo.

What types of tags are you using? (Flac/Vorbis comments, ID3)
What program did you use to tag the files?

I used Foobar 2k. The default tagging tool in it.
