Hi to all, this is the first time I write on this forum.
I have a ASUS E35M1-I DELUXE motherboard (which comes with an integrated HD6310 graphic card) with 4GB ram and a 1TB hard disk.
I installed XBMC 11 following these instructions: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW...th_AMD_GPU, the only variation being that the latest drivers available from AMD are 12.10 (and not 12.6/12.4 as in the instructions). The problem is that HD video, both 1080p and 720p, is very very choppy.
This is what I tried to solve the problem:
- install on xubuntu and lubuntu, both 32 and 64bit
- install on windows7
- try the drivers provided by ubuntu and the ones from the AMD website
but nothing worked.
Low-res videos work as expected, but having no HD sucks
I'm starting to think that the motherboard is defective.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks!
