Oh, "per source". All my TV shows are a single source. Seems like a weird restriction.

Mine are too, but when you go to a sub folder (such as a single TV show) you can "set content" on that folder/show specifically, as if it were its own source, and it will override the main settings for all TV shows.

You want aired order for almost all stuff.
You want DVD order for a small amount of stuff.
Thus, "change content" on the few shows that you need dvd order for, and change the setting accordingly.
The rest of your shows will continue to use aired order.

I have this problem too. I have the episode named and numbered following the dvd order. If i leave as it is it uses the wrong info, if i set manually to use dvd order it gets the right name but it reorder the files like if i had the files named following the aired order...
So the 1st episode of the dvd order (that i named it 1x01) finishes at 1x11...
