HI all, New to XBMC and wonder where I have been for all these years!

I have been listening to eclectic24 as part of music addon NPR/california/Santa Monica/KCRW. Going so good but suddenly stopped yesterday. I can play the sister stations that are with the add on no probs (news and live on air etc).

GUI message says: 'Playlist Can't find a next item to play'

XBMC.log file says:

I can web to KCRW electic24 and all seems fine so they atleast are still on the air lol.

Any ideas? Thanks for any assistance?

Welcome to the XBMC forums.

The station probably changed something on their site that rendered that playlist of theirs obsolete. You already know it still works on their website, but if you want to listen to it via XBMC, you can use the Shoutcast 2 music add-on and search for KCRW and Eclectic 24 is one of the available streams. I just tried it and it works. For easy access to it in the future, you can add it to the "My Stations" list of the Shoutcast 2 add-on or select "Add to favourites" so it'll available from your XBMC Favourites.

Got it going again via Shoutcast2 per your advice (Crikey, there's a selection in there!). Working well and back in the swing with Eclectic24.

Glad you got it sorted! Yes, there are a lot of good stations on Shoutcast.
