I run XBMCBuntu on an Aspire Revo 3700. I run 11.0 Eden. Had everything set up and working great. However, yesterday, for some reason, my system crashed. Upon reboot, the display was funny. The resolution was at 640*480 and could be changed only to a lower resolution. I updated xbmcbuntu and my nvidia drivers and checked again. This time, the resolution is stuck at 800*600 and cannot be changed at all.
When i try playing a HD video, I suspect it plays the video in HD. Is there anyway of ascertaining the resolution at which a video is being played other than judging quality?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
