I see davilla made another commit that looks like it should finally fix this, and it's included in last night's build.

I'm at work so I haven't yet tested it, but it's worth giving a shot for those still seeing the issue(s).

Hello,

I was on another thread here and by suggestion of another user I would like to post my vendor strings because I'm experiencing the same behavior of the green line. But in my case are flickering white lines(right and bottom of the screen) that appear on my system.

Code:
21:38:14 T:140735218696576  NOTICE: GL_VENDOR = NVIDIA Corporation
21:38:14 T:140735218696576  NOTICE: GL_RENDERER = NVIDIA GeForce 320M OpenGL Engine
21:38:14 T:140735218696576  NOTICE: GL_VERSION = 2.1 NVIDIA-8.0.61

My system is Mac OS X 10.8.2 (12C60) on a MacBook Pro Mid 2010, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

Thanks

I used the build from the 14th and the green/white lines are now gone. Also seems to have fixed the sound issues too!!
