I've currently got a ATI HD 4300, but this only supports HDMI v1.3 and I need 1,4 for 3D playback.

I don't want to spend the earth as it's only use for TV playback. So any recommendations?

A 6000 Series card will be fine. I Think a 6450 is the smallest card, and that is quite cheap.
