I also hit what I think is the same problem.

I'm pretty sure this is pvr-addons (pvr.hts specifically) related.
A major refactoring of the connection handling was done in https://github.com/opdenkamp/xbmc-pvr-ad...9464390544
My living room HTPC would crash on approximately 1 in 3 resumes from suspend.
I reverted back to latest pvr-addon rev before said commit, and I have suffered no resume-crashes since.
I'll file a bug report on the xbmc-pvr-addons github repo.

Is this problem fixed for you guys ? I still have this issue sometimes with openelec generic build from today and the 1.6.18 addon.
Tvheadend 3.2.18 is on a seperate server.
