I am setting up a computer specially for XBMC.

Specs;

Intel i3 processor
4GB DDR
500GB HDD
Nvidia NVS or Ati Radeon Graphic Card (still dont know which to use)

I was wondering which operating system you guys are recommending and why...

I use Windows 7, but that's mostly so that I can integrate DRM content from iTunes and Amazon into my library. I think the XBMCbuntu (that link is to Frodo RC3) might be worth looking at if you want a pretty straight forward Linux based option.
