Okay not sure if this occurs for everyone or just me. More and more I am playing my DVD content through xbmc instead of my dvd player.
I was playing Star Wars: A new Hope Special Edition the other day and noticed a bzzt noise every now and then. I can hear it once or twice during the opening crawl, and again at 5:00 minutes in (if anyone wants to follow along). It seems to happen during camera angle or scene changes here and there.
Later I played a copy of Adywan's "Star Wars - A New Hope Revisited" and that very same bzzt is peppered all through the film.
If I play it through VLC there are no noises. No other movie seems to do it (I haven't checked the rest of the SW: Special Editions)
Any idea what that may be? Can I get it to stop?
edit: i should note, it occurs with eden or frodo
