Hi

I'm running XBMC on my raspberri pi (RaspBMC). I am attempting to run netflix through the UPNP service Playon Media Server.

All works well, I can connect fine and browse the various Playon channels. However, when I launch a file, I only get audio and no video.
Is this because I perhaps need to purchase mpeg-2 or vc-1 license keys for the raspberry pi, as it does not come with them? I went ahead and ordered them anyway just in case, but im posting here to see if it may be a different issue.

yes, you are probably missing the codecs.

I had a few minutes before work this morning so I input the codecs I got from email.

The format was like this for the mpeg-2 and vc-1:

decode_MPG2=XXXXXXXX
decode_WVC1=XXXXXXXX

I went into raspbmc settings and input the whole string like that. It didn't seem to do anything. I'm going to try again after work, but im suspicious that the actual key may be the "XXXXXXXXXXX" part, and not the "decode_MPG2" business.
