Here's my backend setup:
WHS 2011
MediaPortal 1.2.3
Hauppauge HVR-1250

I can see the channels in XBMC, but can't play anything. I've followed all the tutorials, but I am currently at a complete loss as to what to do to try and make this work. It seems like it's perpetually stuck in a state of Timeshifting, according to what I can see in the MP TV Server Settings (Manual Control)..

Try checking security out and making sure it is shared on the timeshift folder on mp tv server, I had this when the front end couldn't access the folder and so couldn't load the mp timeshift file.
