Hi Kodi devs and contibutors,
*This is not a dupe of http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...=By+folder
What I'm requesting for is an option to view my Kodi music library UPnP share by folders and folder hierarchies, like in Plex. But unlike in Plex, I'd like to still be able to see and play separate tracks if the album folder contains, say, only a single cd-rip music file and a cue sheet (which I normally can anyway when Kodi scans my music, and in Plex I can't do).
Also, it'd be great if Kodi could transcode large lossless music files to smaller size lossy formats (maybe opus or aac) server-side and on-the-fly so that client's bandwidth usage can be reduced (would it stream faster as well if transcoding is done quickly enough?).
I hope you consider these. Thanks for all the hard work!
