The plugin keeps asking for a DLL that I seem to be missing. Where can I find it/where should it be located?

Do you use version for windows? This error appears if you use the non-windows versions of plugin. Check %USERPROFILE\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\pvr.iptvsimple folder for existence XBMC_IPTV_Simple_win32.dll file. If the folder contains XBMC_IPTV_Simple.pvr file then you are using the non-windows version.
