Hi,
I've just setup xbmc on my rasberry pi. I was planning on using it to play music but when I play an mp3 it takes about 3 seconds (showing 'working') before the sound starts. I've tried playing off the sd card and the network and they have the 3s lag.

I just wanted to check that everyone has this experience.
Is this normal on the rasberry pi? is there anything I can do?
