I am running Tvheadend with HDHOMERUN tuners. I got everything working great. I have 2 tuners. I can record 2 shows at once, no issues. However, if someone tries to record more than 2, it will let them (with no errors) however when they go to watch the shows that didn't have a tuner assigned to it, the file is blank, of course. I understand the design and it should work like this.

Is there a way to tell XBMC, to only allow 2 shows to be recorded at once? If I get more tuners, it would be nice to change this value.

this is something that needs to be handled by the backend (so tvheadend), not xbmc
