Hi,
I have the following set-up:
Raspberry PI (Raspbmc), Synology NAS and it's working like a charm (streaming over NFS) on my local LAN.
My little brother has bought a Raspberry PI (Raspbmc) and Synology NAS also and works like a charm locally.
Now the following:
We would like to share our movies over the Internet, opening the ports 111 (tcp/udp) and 2049 (tcp/udp) in both our firewalls and port forwarding to the NAS-es in our routers doesn't do the trick, anyone know a solution?
Both NAS-es have static IP addresses (duh) and the shares are set for NFS as wel (as it is running perfectly locally).
Thanks in advance
Paul
