Hi there.

Has anyone tried to use Xbox1 IR-remote controller to Rasperry Pi XBMC (raspMC network image)?
- Is there sone driver issues or is this plug-and-play type of operation?

If there is some extra effort to it, can some one give simple steps on how to install the LIRC stuff that works..

I'm not sure about using the original receiver, but I know you can use the remote itself using the GPIO IR instructions: http://forum.stmlabs.com/showthread.php?tid=5549

If you adapt the original receiver to usb it should be plug n play with Raspbmc

You were right! Xbox1 IR-remote dongle work right out from the "Box"!!
