I get these errors in the Log

What do they mean?

Has this something to do with external LCD screen, that even Xbox1 had as ModChip add-on..

Is there a config setting to state LCD not present to get rid of error

There's always errors in the log file like that. They just don't mean anything for your specific situation.

ehrm - turn off lcd/vfd support in system->system->video (are you using eden by any chance?)
