Import watched flags from xbox
#1
Hiya,

I've recently moved from xbox to a new windows-xbmc box and most things are running fine. Now I'd like to import my watched-flags from the old xbox-installation (approx. 1500). I used the ImportExportWatched py-Script and now habe a Watched.xml in the following format (example is shortened):

Code:
<watched><file>13 Geister (2001) 88' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>23 - Nichts ist so wie es scheint (1998) 95' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>Alarmstufe Rot (1992) 98' [AC3-D-E].avi</file><file>Alien 3 (1992) 111' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>Arac Attack (2002) 96' [AC3-D-E].avi</file><file>Arsen und Spitzenhäubchen (1944) 113' [MP3-D-E].avi</file><file>Arsène Lupin (2004) 126' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>Balduin der Heiratsmuffel (1968) 86' [MP3-D].avi</file><file>Blade (1998) 115' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>Brazil (1985) 137' [AC3-SR-D-E].avi</file><file>Cast Away (2000) 138' [AC3-D].avi</file><file>Chinatown (1974) 126' [AC3-1.0-D] [MP3-E].avi</file></watched>

How can I import these watched flags into xbmc?

Thanks for your help.

The only watched info stuff that I know of that XBMC reads is the one inside .nfo files.

Not really good news. Would there be a way to execute the python-script from xbmc4xbox that I used to export the flags? Works like a charm on all my xboxes...

I finally found a script that could work on the forums.... but how do I execute this? I just can't find the scripts-menu in aeon nox?!?!

There is no scripts menu anymore.

You might be able to do this if you try importing to an old version of XBMC for PC, like v9 or v8. Then upgrade that version (I would go to v10 then v11 then v12, just to be safe)

Just to let anyone else who runs into this problem know: this works! Was a lot of work but finally managed to migrate my data from xbox to xbmc4windows.

Thanks for your advice.
