MySQL library problem
#1
Hello.

I am running MySql server on my NAS Synology about one month and everything works perfect till yesterday. My two Mac mini were set identically (advancedsettings.xml and sources.xml). Yesterday I deleted some TV shows from my NAS, run on one of Mac's "Clean Library", deleted TV shows were removed from library and everything were looking good.

Then I start XBMC on my second Mac and now I have a problem: I see in my library deleted TV shows with no episodes (0 Watched - 0 Unwatched) and if I remove it from library, they comes back after library update. In log file I see that XBMC don't see such files or directory:

07:35:47 T:4366798848 ERROR: GetDirectory - Error getting afp://adminTongue[email protected]/home/TV Shows/Criminal Minds/

Now the same situation is and on my first Mac.

Should I try to remove advancedsettings.xml from both machines, stop and remove MySQL database and then make new MySQL database and run scan on one of my Mac's?

Delete the TV show folder

Thank you for the answer.

What do you mean? Delete from sources or from NAS? I have 30 TV shows in my TV show folder.

Or remove from library? And should I do this on one machine or on both?

May be delete source from xbmc in Video/Sources on one machine without removing from library and then, delete on second machine and remove from library?

Sorry, I misunderstood. Can you get us full debug logs (wiki) from both Mac minis (make sure debugging is turned on)?

Thank you for replay Mr. Scott.

I just solved my problem with my idea in 4th post. I removed video source "TV Shows" in XBMC from the fist Mac mini without removing items from library, then I did the same on the 2nd Mac mini, but with removing items from library. Then add video source "TV Shows" in XBMC, set content and scan library, repeat it on the 2nd Mac mini and everything is in order now. If you want, I have debug log from yesterday with debugging turned on. But where I can upload it? It's quite big.
